Generally, we are unable to accept order cancellations. This is because the minute an order is placed, our website sends the order data to the printer for processing.

You can still contact us using this form here, or email us at, with your order number, and request for cancellation. We will try our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled in time. This is because in many cases, the item has already been printed and is waiting for USPS to pick up the package.

Depending on your location, you may need to pay custom fees and/or import taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


We are able to ship to all countries except the following:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Sudan
  • Syria

For phone cases, orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 – 3 business days.
For accurate shipping costs for each destination, add the items to your cart. The shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page. In general, domestic shipping within the US costs US$3.25 for the first item, and $0.75 for each additional item.
We use USPS First Class. Larger heavier orders may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Since we ship via USPS First Class, from our current experience so far, our customers get their orders approximately 5 – 8 working days from the date of shipping. Please note that as the Covid-19 pandemic is still ongoing, there may be unforeseen delays from time to time.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you, together with the USPS tracking number. Copy this number, then visit: and paste it into the text box. From our experience, a lot of times, the package may already have been midway in-transit to you, but the status on the USPS website may still show as “Pre-Shipment” even after a few days. This is normal.

Unfortunately, as the phone cases are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
