After you’ve added your desired items to the cart, go to your cart.
There is a text field that allows you to enter your coupon code as shown below:
Generally, we are unable to accept order cancellations. This is because the minute an order is placed, our website sends the order data to the printer for processing.
You can still contact us using this form here, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number, and request for cancellation. We will try our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled in time. This is because in many cases, the item has already been printed and is waiting for USPS to pick up the package.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you, together with the USPS tracking number. Copy this number, then visit: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input and paste it into the text box. From our experience, a lot of times, the package may already have been midway in-transit to you, but the status on the USPS website may still show as “Pre-Shipment” even after a few days. This is normal.
